The design and application for permit <br />of the OWHT was completed based SJC Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards, <br />Section 10. We have not received any written notice of acceptance or denial of the <br />application. Please identify why the engineer -designed system has not been approved. Please <br />refer to the SJC Ordinance Code or other regulation/criteria that this system does not meet so that <br />these items can be remedied.
