Check transformer outputs wiring <br />Yes <br />Is the <br />machine inlet <br />pressure greater <br />than 35 PSI <br />1. Check air supply shut off outside the E-Box <br />2. Check air supply line <br />3. Check pneumatic cylinder for free movement <br />1. Check the connector between the <br />control box and the E-Box. <br />2. Check relay 3 in the E-Box for <br />power (terminal 3&4). <br />3. Check pneumatic solenoid. <br />Does the agitator run <br />when push button is <br />pressed <br />1. Check the red LED on the <br />E - Box board <br />2. Ensure that relay two in the <br />E-Box is activating <br />1. Check the electrical <br />connection from the <br />portion control board to <br />the solenoid valve <br />2. Check pneumatic <br />solenoid <br />3.
