Utilizing a microcontroller board, membrane switch front <br />panel with a digital LED readout and display board, the Ultrastat 25 Cooking Computer has been customized for Ultrafryer <br />Systems applications by the addition of up to 10 stage cooking profiles for each of the 8 product keys; exit melt features can be <br />programmed to cook products under “Flex” or “Straight” timing modes.
