In “operating” mode, used to start and stop a product cook cycle. <br /> b. In “programming” mode, used to enter numerical value “3660” and select RECIPE PROGRAMMING MODE. <br /> 9. PROGRAMMING KEY <br /> In “programming” mode, used to enter the numerical value of 9. <br /> 10. DISPLAY <br /> Displays modes, functions and operation of the computer. <br /> 11. TOGGLE/PROGRAMMING KEY <br /> In “programming” mode, used to enter the numerical value of 0 and “toggle” (switch) between choices being displayed. <br /> B. DISPLAY DESCRIPTIONS <br />The actual shortening temperature in degrees Fahrenheit/Celsius when the key <br />is pressed, i.e.., 100˚F (38˚C). <br />Time remaining in a cook cycle or other computer function, ie., 10:00. <br />Time remaining in the BOIL mode, ie., 20:00. <br />Prompt to cycle power OFF at the end of the BOIL, FILTER, etc., functions. <br />Indicate the specific Product Key number for which the computer is displaying status <br />information during a cook cycle. <br />STIR 1-8 Indicates an action needs to be taken on a product being cooked by a specific product <br />key such as STIR 5. <br />MELT E Default Electric Melt Cycle - Heating mechanism is ON 4 seconds and OFF <br />36 seconds. <br />MELT G Default Gas Melt Cycle - Heating mechanism is ON 8 seconds and OFF <br />32 seconds. <br />MELT P Default Purge Melt Cycle - Heating mechanism is ON 12 seconds and OFF <br />28 seconds. <br />TURN OFF <br />Indicates the Computer is ready to be turned ON. <br />NOTE: Computer must be turned OFF by the ON/OFF key before the ON/OFF key <br /> can be used to turn the Computer ON. <br />TOO HIGH <br />Indicates an entered value is too low and is NOT ACCEPTABLE. <br />Indicates an entered value is too high and is NOT ACCEPTABLE. <br />CK 1-8 <br />ACT --- F/C <br />OFF <br />TOO LOW <br /> ---:--- <br />BOIL --: --
