an electrical wiring diagram is located in the front <br />access door of the fryer. the fryer must be installed by a <br />qualified electrician. this appliance must be branch circuit <br />protected with proper ampacities, in accordance with <br />the wiring diagram located in the fryer. the fryer must <br />be properly grounded in accordance with the National <br />Electrical code and applicable local codes. a means to <br />disconnect the unit must be incorporated into the fixed <br />wiring in accordance with wiring codes. <br />Wire size for the main incoming power to the unit must <br />match the minimum size listed in the specifications <br />applicable to the specific fryer. For supply connections, <br />locate the wire size posted on the label located on the <br />electrical control box cover, behind the service panel or <br />elsewhere listed in this manual. <br />Before operating the fryer, check all cable connections <br />in the electrical connection area for tightness since <br />connections can loosen during transport. <br />dANGER <br />To avoid electrical shock, this <br />appliance MUST be adequately <br />grounded in accordance with local <br />electrical codes or, in the absence of <br />local codes, with the current edition <br />of the National Electrical Code ANSI/ <br />NFPA No. 70.
