OPERATION
Operating Instructions
NOTES!
This unit is equipped with a photoelectric sensor.
Motor is equipped with a thermal sensor that protects the motor from burning up. If motor has
been operated under maximum load by 20 complete cycles (continuously running up and
down) the motor will shut down for protection. Let motor cold down for at least 10 minutes
before resume operations.
1. Power lift unit must be leveled and bolted to the wall before its initial use.
2. Roll in cart onto the lifting tongue until the two metal bumpers touch the front face of
the lifting tongue.
3. Press the button labeled up to move lifting tongue up or press button labeled down to
move lifting tongue down. Lifting tongue will keep moving up or down as longer button
is press and will stop as soonest button gets release. When the lifting tongue is all the
way up or down, the motor clutch will engage and will produce a ratcheting sound, this
ratcheting does not affect the motor performance, but if unit is operated under over
load conditions (above 600 lbs) the motor will heat up and will stop working. If this
occurs remove some load and let motor cool down for 10-15 minutes.
4. The Emergency stop switch (RED BUTTON) may be pressed at anytime during a cycle to
completely stop the motor.
5. This equipment is intended for a short time operation when fully loaded at 450lbs to
600 lbs and will operate for 20 continuous cycles.

Serial tag
