<br /> There is a large food and supplies storage container behind restaurant.There are open bags of food in this location.All food
<br /> from open bags shall be stored inside containers with tight fitting lids. If food is scooped. Scoops shall have handles and
<br /> stored with handles sticking up.
<br /> Food in freezers lack covers/lids. Cover containers, immediately.
