(see <br /> appendix) <br /> Item#301 CCR 66265.31 Facilitv not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> A spill of Kleenoil 170 was found outside of the secondary containment. A container of Frit in the Warehouse <br /> C was punctured causing the contents to spill on the floor. The Kleenoil 170 and the Frit were cleaned up <br /> during the inspection. The EHD notes on the inspection report indicates the violation was corrected on-site <br /> and no further action is needed. <br /> Metal fines were observed on a table and floor in the Selecting Maintenance Area. <br /> Owens Response to Item #301: <br /> The metal fines were cleaned in the Selecting Maintenance Area and disposed of in the hazardous <br /> waste drum in the area.
