The Hazardous Materials Inventory Forms have not been updated with the twenty-four new <br /> federal hazard categories .The federal hazard categories were selected prior to 2018 are <br /> obsolete and shall be corrected. As of March 1, 2018, US EPA requires the use of twenty- <br /> four new federal hazard categories for hazardous material inventory reporting. <br /> 2. The following elements in the Consolidated Contingency/Emergency Response Plan are not <br /> completed: <br /> A. Section C-C3/SJC EHD/CUPA phone number (209)468-3420 <br /> B. Section E-Facility Evacuation-E3 <br /> C.
