LOCATION PROCEDURE NUMBER <br /> DTE STOCKTON, LLC EAP-01 <br /> WEStockton, LLC EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN REV: 10, updated: 3/2018 <br /> STATUS: FINAL Page 7 of 35 <br /> DTE Stockton—CUPA Hazardous Materials Business Plan. <br /> DTE Stockton—Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan. <br /> DTE Stockton— Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. <br /> 5.0 RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 5.1 Person Responsible for emergency planning and information is: <br /> Justin Crook, Plant Manager (Incident Commander) <br /> Office: (209) 320-3731 <br /> Mobile: (209) 573-5974 <br /> 5.2 Emergency Action Plan Team: <br /> The goal of the EAP team is to assist in the orderly evacuation of employees from <br /> the plant during an emergency or assist with shelter in place procedures if <br /> warranted. The duties of the Team are as follows: <br /> • Be familiar with the content of this plan. <br /> • Alert staff of emergency situations. <br /> • Ensure that staff are appropriately evacuating the facility or area based on <br /> the escape route assignments (see diagrams in Appendix A). <br /> • Assist in the evacuation of staff with disabilities that may need assistance <br /> during emergency situations, or altering security, fire, and police <br /> personnel of the last known location of the individuals. <br /> • Perform medical duties as necessary to employees during emergency <br /> situations. <br /> • Extinguish small fires with the use of a fire extinguisher. <br /> • If instructed, account for all employees at the designated meeting <br /> location(s). <br /> The EAP team includes the following DTE Stockton staff: <br /> 1.
