The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for AVIVA PERFORMANCE as of October 02, 2020. <br /> Open violations from August 13, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#406-Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being <br /> emptied. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility is storing approximately 100 empty product oil 55-gallon drums with no labeling. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
