The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for AVIVA PERFORMANCE as of October 02, 2020. <br /> Open violations from August 13, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#406-Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being <br /> emptied. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility is storing approximately 100 empty product oil 55-gallon drums with no labeling. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date.
