Since it cannot be determined how long the <br /> hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste <br /> under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black steel 55 gallon drum containing used oil was observed with an incomplete hazardous waste label <br /> missing:the words"hazardous waste,"the accumulation start date,the physical properties, the hazardous <br /> properties, and the name and address of the generator. <br /> -One red plastic 30 gallon drum and one white plastic 15 gallon drum contianing used antifreeze were observed <br /> without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -In the yard area, one white plastic 5 gallon bucket containing oily absorbent was observed without a hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by October 3, 2018. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
