Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 1 door cooler--cashier/cooks line--32.00°F water--3 comp--120.00°F <br /> 2 drawer 1 door prep--cooks line--36.00°F walk in cooler--kitchen--39.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who is aware of this complaint. She stated that is an employee that works the late shift. Manager <br /> stated that they currently have 3 fully functional air conditioners. Conditioners keep kitchen and lobby cool. During late hours <br /> (it has been over 100 F for over 1 week)facility is not as cool as in the morning. Oil from fryers is changed every other day. <br /> Hot water is available.And all of the refrigerators are working.The ones that don't work are empty. <br /> Observations: Took air temp at three locations: Lobby 63 F, Cashier station 64 F, Cooks line 65 F.
