SANJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Emergency Response Program <br /> According to the California Code of Regulations (CCR),Title 19, Chapter 4.5, Article 2, Section 2740.1, if an RMP <br /> is required to be submitted, the owner or operator shall complete the required emergency response program <br /> information below [CCR,Section 2745.8 (a) —(c)] and submit it with the RMP. <br /> (a)The owner or operator shall provide in the RMP the following information: <br /> (1) Do you have a written emergency response plan? <br /> Yes <br /> (2) Does the plan include specific actions to be taken in response to an accidental release of a regulated <br /> substance? <br /> Yes <br /> (3) Does the plan include procedures for informing the public and local agencies responsible for <br /> responding to accidental releases? <br /> Yes <br /> (4) Does the plan include information on emergency health care? <br /> Yes <br /> (5)The date of the most recent review or update of the emergency response plan: <br /> 11/14/2019 <br /> (6)The date of the most recent emergency response training for employees: <br /> 6/23/2020 <br /> (b)The owner or operator shall provide the name and telephone number of the primary local emergency <br /> response agency with which the plan is coordinated: <br /> Manteca Fire Department, (209) 456-8300 <br /> (c) The owner or operator shall list other federal or state emergency plan requirements to which the <br /> stationary source is subject: <br /> OSHA Regulations at 29 CFR 1910.38 <br /> OSHA Regulations at 29 CFR 1910.120 <br /> State EPCRA Rules of Laws <br /> 20 of 22 <br /> Doc ID:6a6ea4fac281501cd30efa4128b75fd8a1870d1a <br />
