Two 55 gallon black steel drum of used oil were observed in the shop with an accumulation start <br /> date of October 30, 2005; disposal records on site indicate this waste was last picked up on October 22, <br /> 2012. A 55 gallon blue steel drum of used antifreeze was observed in the shop with a faded, illegible <br /> hazardous waste label; disposal records on site indicate this waste was last picked up on February 27, <br /> 2012. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. The used oil labels were corrected at the time of inspection.
