Provide accurate depiction of how sensors <br /> will be affixed to sump wall . <br /> 14) Drawing M . 5 . 3 . 03 indicates that deadman are optional , provide clarification and supporting <br /> calculations . <br /> 15 ) Drawing M . 5 . 3 . 12 (A , B , C , D , E , F) , shows that ball valves will be installed between sensors <br /> and the interstitial spaces , this proposed set up cannot be approved . Revise and resubmit . <br /> 16) Drawing M . 5 . 3 . 23 shows that sump sensor holder pipe is touching sump bottom obstructing <br /> sensor' s visibility for its position verification , provide accurate location of sump holder. <br /> 17 ) Drawing M . 5 . 3 . 26 and G . 0 . 7 . 2 , shows that fill sump shield will not be removable once concrete <br /> is installed , sump depictions should stylistically match their respective cut sheets . Revise and <br /> resubmit . <br /> 18 ) Indicate on M . 5 . 3 . 05 of the install plan if there are striker plates for the premium fill sump and <br /> the diesel submersible turbine sump . <br /> 19) On M . 5 . 3 . 23 , the brine reservoir and hydrostatic sensor shows attachment to the sump wall . <br /> Clarify and resubmit accurately the placement location of the brine reservoir and hydrostatic <br /> sensor to ensure the accurate fluid level change in reservoir and interstitial space . <br /> 20 ) No test ports are proposed to verify communication testing were identified .
