Tokay Colony Rd., Lodi <br /> • On March 27, 2009, the EHD sent a letter to the property owner, with a <br /> copy to BEM, approving the March 26, 2009 work plan, with conditions. <br /> • On April 6, 2009, the EHD was notified by BEM that they were no <br /> longer authorized to be working on the case. <br /> • On April 24, 2009, the EHD performed a status check of the property <br /> and found the structures secure. A "For Sale" sign was observed in <br /> front of property. <br /> • On May 8, 2009, the EHD re-posted the SFD and barn with "Unsafe to <br /> Occupy" warning notices. <br /> • On July 2, 2009, the EHD posted Notice to Abate Nuisance before the <br /> Board of Housing Appeals (BOHA) on the SFD. <br /> C. Contacts with Owner Summary: <br /> • On October 30, 2007, the EHD re-sent the Methamphetamine Order <br /> and guidance letters to a forwarding address for the owner of record, <br /> Cristobal Barraza. <br /> • On January 16, 2009, the EHD mailed initial posting packet to the new <br /> owner of record, Federal National Mortgage Association. <br /> • On January 22, 2009, the EHD received a phone call from Steven <br /> Littrell of Trademark Environmental Management Company, who was <br /> representing the owner. He stated he had authority from the owner to <br /> hire a company to perform the work. <br /> • On February 4, 2009, the EHD received a phone call from Steven <br /> Littrell who stated that building permit #0900120 for the work on the <br /> windows had been issued and finaled by the CDD. <br /> • On April 17, 2009, the EHD called owner representative, Steven <br /> Littre4l, and left a message for a return call. <br /> • On April 28, 2009, the EHD mailed a letter to the owner advising that <br /> should action not be taken within 30 days the case would be scheduled <br /> for a Board of Housing Appeals meeting. <br /> IV. Environmental Health Department Recommendations <br /> In order to correct the violations noted at this location, the Environmental Health <br /> Department recommends that the owner be given: <br /> a. Thirty (30) days to obtain repair and/or demolition permits from the San Joaquin <br /> County Community Development Department. <br /> b. Thirty (30) days to hire a qualified remediation firm to implement the approved <br /> Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan. <br /> c. Ninety (90) days to complete the work as described in the Preliminary Site <br /> Assessment Work Plan and submit a Final Report to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> d. Ninety (90) days to final all repair and/or demolition permits from the San Joaquin <br /> County Community Development Department and the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> PR0527067 Page 3 of 4 <br />
