The subject property is supplied by propane gas and the <br /> property is connected to a septic waste water system. <br /> The information supplied by the SJCEHD, suggests that the actual processing (cooking) did occur at the <br /> residence due to the large amount of materials and chemicals that were previously found within the <br /> house, barn, and two (2) modular trailers previously at the subject property. The duration of the lab and <br /> the number of batches possibly processed is unknown based on the information provided to BEM, Inc. <br /> Mcrcm), or Lead contamination of the residence fi•om chemicals such as lead acetate, mercuric chloride, <br /> or mercuric nitrate does not appear to be present. None of these clienlicals were identified on the <br /> confiscated materials list. <br /> The remainder of the exterior grounds did not appear to be affected and are not selected to be part of the <br /> sampling based upon the background information, site setting and conditions. <br /> Visual Observation <br /> All areas of the structures(house R barn) have already been renlediated utilizing full component removal <br /> of all building/consh-uction materials that were previously identified as being contaminated from the <br /> prior methamphetamine laboratory activities. <br /> The septic waste water system is the only area remaining at the subject property that has not been tested <br /> or remediated. The septic waste water system tanks were uncovered and had been thoroughly mixed <br /> prior to this inspection and sampling. <br /> IiEJ19 Project No. 14- 162,13 <br />
