All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed food safety certificate not posted on site. Obtain and keep a current copy of the food safety <br />certificate on site at all times. Provide a copy to Victor Acevedo (vmacevedo@sjgov.org) within 30 days. This is a repeat <br />violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br />assigned duties. Keep and maintain all food covered with lids or <br />plastic wrap to ensure no form of cross-contamination occurs. Provide the <br />correct sanitizing strips to ensure the proper sanitizing levels during ware-washing.
