Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: BIRRIEVIA BETOS MEXICAN FOODS, 608 E CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON 95206 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a hole in the wall in the back storage area of the facility. There is also a hole in the ceiling near <br />the Ansul system and ventilation hood in the kitchen. Repair and seal to ensure an enclosed food preparation area. Correct <br />as soon as possible. <br />Facility contains coving damage near the 3 compartment sink and near the walk in cooler. Repair or replace the coving tile <br />to ensure complete compliance with flooring ordinances. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
