<br />OBSERVATIONS: The facility contains multiple flies in the back storage area. Continue to implement pest control in order
<br />to remove all the flies from the facility. Correct immediately.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The restroom contains a large hole in the restroom wall. Repair and patch to ensure an enclosed
<br />restroom facility. Above the hand washing station in the back area, there is currently a large panel of FRP panel missing.
<br />Replace or repair. Correct both within 30 days.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
