Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: The facility contains multiple flies in the back storage area. Continue to implement pest control in order <br />to remove all the flies from the facility. Clean and remove all the debris on cooling fans. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). Remove to ensure mop sink is accessible at all times. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces. Repair and patch to ensure an enclosed <br />restroom facility. Above the hand washing station in the back area, there is currently a large panel of FRP panel missing. <br />Replace or repair. Correct both within 30 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
