Clean and <br />remove all debris on the cooling fans during operation. Correct within 7 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Keep and <br />maintain all carbon dioxide canisters secured at all times while they remain on site. Correct today. <br />Observed the ice scoop being stored boxes of product in the back storage area. Remove and store a clean ice scoop inside <br />of a cleanable container at all times with the handle facing up. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces.
