Time In: 9:43 am <br /> Time Out: 10:25 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Long John Silver's 32098 Date: 02/05/2020 <br /> Address: 314 N WILSON WAY, STOCKTON 95205 <br /> Owner/Operator: PINNACLE HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC Telephone: (209)941-0117 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051484 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> EMPLOYEE AT LONG JOHN SILVERS TOLD COMPLAINANT SHE COULDN'T USE CUSTOMER RESTROOM <br /> BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT A CUSTOMER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint made.The manager stated having no knowledge of <br /> a complaint of this nature being stated but continued to say that any customer of the facility is given permission to enter the <br /> restroom.The manager also stated that some of the public that does enter the facility do have access to the restroom, based <br /> off of better judgment due to the large homeless and drug use population surrounding the facility.
