Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager in charge at the time in regards to the nature of the complaint.The manager on site <br /> stated having no knowledge of any customer being denied access to the restroom.Anyone who made a purchase is able to <br /> use the restroom, regardless of how small the purchase is. The manager continued to state that this has always been the <br /> policy for the faciity, unfortunately many homeless are around the facility and do try to enter the restroom without making a <br /> purchase.The staff on site are trained to allow any customer into the restroom with the help of a code,which is given by the <br /> front end cashier.
