The waste water sump was observed 3/4 full of liquid without a hazardous waste label. According to <br /> Mr. Clark, all liquid in the sump is handled as hazardous waste. All hazardous waste tanks shall be <br /> marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that all <br /> hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by December 16, <br /> 2011 along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> "Facility has had one manifest since June 1, 2011, dated July 29, 2011, with 20.8 tons of hazardous <br /> waste. In 2010, BP West Coast generated 50.736 tons of hazardous waste. <br /> Note: The phone number listed in the contingency plan / emergency action for the San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services (OES) is outdated. <br /> Note: The waste water sump on site is currently being used for hazardous waste storage.
