Coving needs <br /> to be removed or replaced with tile based coving with the appropriate measurements and 3/8 inch-radius cove. Correct <br /> before permit can be obtained. <br /> Walk in cooler contains debris on the floor that is in need of being cleaned. Clean and maintain walk in cooler throughout <br /> operation. Correct today. <br /> Observed holes in the ceiling panels of the facility. Owner states that ceiling panels will be replace soon. Replace or repair to <br /> ensure an enclosed food retail area. Correct within 30 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces.
