PCB Capacitors will be labeled with a standard PCB Label, stating "Contains <br /> •PCB's" and listing the out of service date . <br /> STORAGE ' PCB Containing devices will be stored in the designated hazardous waste storage <br /> area <br /> STORAGE LIMITATION PCB's can legally be stored on site for 180 days. <br /> PROCESSING CONTROLS . PCB devices will never be intentionally opened <br /> ■ Once filled, the container will be logged into Onsite's Facility Database . <br /> • This database will be utilized to ensure material is shipped before *the 180 day <br /> MANAGEMENT & storage date is reached , <br /> RECORDKEEPING ■ PCB containing devices will be shipped to an approved vendor. <br /> ■ A bili of lading will be utilized to transport the material and kept on site for five <br /> years . <br /> • May be dismantled and processed by a processor that is trained and compliant <br /> Accr:P me FINAL with both <br /> DISPOSITION Basel Convention & Stockholm Convention Guidelines and obligations and <br /> ■ Additional applicable national laws <br />
