SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> Time In: 10:20 am <br /> Time Out: 10:55 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Save Mart#386 Date: 07/28/2020 <br /> Address: 1172 N MAIN ST, 95336 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)239-2267 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052318 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> NOT PROPERLY CLEANING, NOT PROPERLY WASHING OR SANITIZING, EMPLOYEES NOT FOLLOWING PROPER <br /> HAND WASHING PROCEDURES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7. <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #5 Hands Clean/Properly Washed/Proper Glove Use Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:I observe employees, doing different tasks,wearing gloves. But when they change tasks, they change <br /> only gloves without washing hands. Wash hands with hot water and soap between tasks immediately. I coached all present <br /> employees on proper hand washing procedure with the use of gloves. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION.Employees are required to wash their hands:before beginning work before handling food/equipment/ <br /> utensils as often as necessary, during food preparation, to remove soil and contamination when switching from working with raw to ready <br /> to eat foods, after touching body parts after using toilet room or any time when contamination may occur. (113952, 113953.3, 113953.4, <br /> 113961, 113968, 113973(b-0) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM—LOCATION--TEMP°F—COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per Manager, all employees(30)had been quarantined from 07/12/2020 to 07/25/2020 as one employee tested positive <br /> with COVID-19 and corporate hired new employees and some of other branches came to cover shifts till quarantine ends. <br /> They sanitized all departments before operating. <br /> At the Deli Department, sanitizer bucket is set up with QUAT 300 ppm. QUAT test strips are available.
