A copy of the updated plan is <br /> included in the memo on pages 9-11 under `Controlling'. SFPUC intends to <br /> begin operating the Facility consistent with this updated plan in January 2021. <br /> The SFPUC will also continue to notify the Regional Board in the event of <br /> future lamp breaks.
