Metal Finishing Solutions Inc. <br /> 1325 El Pinal Dr. Stockton, Co 95205 <br /> Job Description <br /> General Laborer <br /> Scope: <br /> • The major task is to perform all loading and unloading of metal parts that are processed in an <br /> automated production line. <br /> • Moving and lifting metal parts in and out of cages that go through an automated plating process <br /> • Boxing products for shipping <br /> • Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the department <br /> • Ability to work in a shop environment with a medium level noise, heavy duty machinery, plating <br /> chemicals <br /> Loading Department Duties: <br /> • Inspect all incoming Tesla Material for Non-Conformance. <br /> • Load Tesla Material into Aluminum Cages for Conversion Coating. <br /> • Ensure that the QPC(Quantity Per Cage) is correct. <br /> • Forklift driving <br /> Unloading Department Duties: <br /> • Inspect all Outgoing Tesla Material for Non-Conformance. <br /> • Unload tesla Material out of aluminum cages and check with XRF Gun for Conversion coating. <br /> • Record the XRF coating Number and weights. <br /> • Ensure that the QPR (Quantity per Rack) is correct. <br /> • Forklift driving <br /> Safety Training: <br /> • Hazardous Chemical SDS-MSDS <br /> • Emergency Response <br /> • Emergency Action Plan <br /> • Alarm Systems <br /> • Fire Extinguisher <br /> • Procedures for reporting emergencies <br /> • First Aid <br /> • Forklifts <br /> • Lifting—Back Protection <br /> • Lockout—Tagout <br /> • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) <br /> • Worksite Warning Signs and labels <br />
