METAL FINISHING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> 1. SCOPE OF THE WASTE ANALYSIS PLAN <br /> The purpose of the written Waste Analysis Plan is to ensure that sampling and analysis of the <br /> Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc.'s hazardous wastes, resultant effluents and residues are <br /> performed according to standard accepted practices. Furthermore, the Waste Analysis Plan <br /> will ensure compliance with facility permit regulations and will provide accurate descriptions of <br /> the wastes so that they can be properly and safely managed. <br /> The Waste Analysis Plan is required by Title 22 California Code of Regulations, Section <br /> 66265.13(b) as referenced by Section 67450.3(c)(8). The Plan is required because the <br /> company treats, stores and disposes of hazardous waste, and the Plan must include: <br /> • 22 CCR 566265.13(b)(1) Parameters to be analyzed and a rationale for selection of those <br /> parameters <br /> • 22 CCR 566265.13(b)(2)Test methods to be used in the analyses <br /> 22 CCR 56626513(b)(3) Sampling methods to be used to obtain a representative sample <br /> • 22 CCR 56626513(b)(4) Frequency of analysis <br /> 1325 EI Pinal Drive Stockton,CA 95205 Tel 408.802.4977 <br />
