SCOPE OF THE WASTE ANALYSIS PLAN <br /> The purpose of the written Waste Analysis Plan is to ensure that sampling and analysis of the <br /> Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc.'s hazardous wastes, resultant effluents and residues are <br /> performed according to standard accepted practices. Furthermore, the Waste Analysis Plan <br /> will ensure compliance with facility permit regulations and will provide accurate descriptions of <br /> the wastes so that they can be properly and safely managed. <br /> The Waste Analysis Plan is required by Title 22 California Code of Regulations, Section <br /> 66265.13(b) as referenced by Section 67450.3(c)(8).
