METAL FINISHING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> the ice chest to maintain the temperature of the samples at 40 C or less until the samples are delivered to <br /> the testing laboratory. All samples will be analyzed by a testing laboratory that is certified by the State of <br /> California. <br /> Each hazardous waste generated at Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc. as shown in Exhibit 1 will be analyzed <br /> initially and periodically thereafter. Initially, most of the wastes will be analyzed under a waste profile <br /> provided by the company's waste disposal company. Other samples may be taken be sampled by and <br /> sent to a State certified laboratory for testing.
