TEST METHODS <br /> All of the samples that Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc. collects for analyses in support of this Waste <br /> Analysis Plan will be analyzed in accordance with the following specific analytical methods will be used: <br /> • Metals: EPA Method 200.7, 200.8 0 Fluoride: EPA Method 300 <br /> • Mercury: EPA Method 245.1 0 Inorganic: Method 1664, 1664A <br /> • TDS: Method 2540CE, C 0 Organics: EPA Method 608, 624, 625 <br /> • Cyanide: Method 450OCNCE <br /> The analytical parameters shown in Exhibit 1 will correctly identify the hazardous wastes generated at the <br /> facility. In addition, the company's knowledge of the chemical constituents of the materials used in the <br /> facility will also provide information that will assist in the proper identification of hazardous wastes at the <br /> facility. <br /> The wastewater that is treated in the waste treatment system comes only from the plating area. <br /> Therefore, the constituents in the wastewater will be limited to the same metals and pH range listed <br /> above. <br /> 5. DOCUMENTATION & RECORDKEEPING <br /> The sampling and analysis of hazardous wastes from Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc. will require the <br /> following records: <br /> This Waste Analysis Plan: <br /> • Sample logbook for the recording of all samples taken <br /> • Sample labels to properly identify each sample <br /> • Chain-of-custody forms to document proper sample handing <br /> o Analytical results from the testing laboratory including QA/QC information <br /> • Correspondence with agencies related to the sampling and analysis of hazardous waste at the <br /> facility <br /> • Hazardous waste treatment logs to properly document the onsite treatment of wastewater from <br /> the plating area. <br /> • Manifest records for the ultimate disposal of hazardous waste offsite <br /> Records related to waste analysis should be maintained onsite for a period of at least three years.
