CSK Auto#4025 GeoTek Project No.:BC122-4025 <br /> Tracy,California 95376 Page 12 of 20 <br /> March 2,2000 <br /> 5.2.6 INDICATIONS OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL <br /> GeoTek observed one solid waste disposal container on the southern portion of the <br /> subject property. The disposal container is reportedly maintained by Tracy <br /> Disposal. GeoTek did not observe obvious indications of leaks, stains, or spills <br /> associated with the solid waste disposal container. The solid waste disposal <br /> container is not considered to be a recognized environmental condition to the <br /> subject property. <br /> 5.2.7 UTILITY SUPPLY <br /> The City of Tracy supplies drinking water to the subject property. <br /> The City of Tracy provides sewer disposal at the subject property. <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) provides electricity to the subject property. <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) provides natural gas to the subject property. <br /> 5.2.8 OTHER CONDITIONS OF CONCERN <br /> GeoTek observed four floor drains in the service area. According to the store <br /> manager, wastewater from cleaning the service area floor is dispensed into the <br /> floor drains. The floor drains reportedly drain into a three-chamber oil/water <br /> separator north of the northeast corner of the building. Water from the separator <br /> reportedly flows into the municipal sewer system. Mr. Paz indicated routine <br /> maintenance is not conducted on the separator. GeoTek did not observe obvious <br /> indications of chemical staining in the vicinity of the floor drains. <br /> GeoTek observed quantities of new oil, solvents, new batteries, and lubricants <br /> displayed for retail sales in the store area. Bulk quantities of these materials were <br /> also observed in manufacturer labeled containers for temporary storage in the stock <br /> room. GeoTek did not observe obvious indications of chemical leaks, stains, or <br /> spills in these areas. <br /> 5.3 CURRENT ADJOINING PROPERTY USE <br /> The current adjoining property use is discussed below. <br /> NORTH The property adjoining to the north is single family residential. <br />
