No spillover beyond the property line shall be permitted, except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5{g}f4}) <br /> h. A maximum of one freestanding sign and one wall-mounted sign shall be permitted as <br /> a part of this approval. Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> I. The access gates on the frontage of the property shall be recessed an appropriate <br /> distance to prevent vehicles from blocking Carter Road while stopped at the gate when <br /> it is closed. Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the building permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> b. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. All animal enclosures shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive <br /> accumulation of manure so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease <br /> vectors, and offensive odors. The premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary <br /> manner (Development Title Section 9-1045.7{b}). All waste from this operation shall be <br /> handled so as to not cause an odor or vector nuisance. Remove manure from the <br /> premises every seven days or provide a manure management plan that is approved by <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board and accepted by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003) <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862,Section 5-4100). Install a cement surface <br /> seal around the well casing to sufficiently protect the well casing and the integrity of the <br /> well grout. <br />
