Response to comment #11:
Regarding Drawing G12.1, The vacuum zone terminations are shown for the vapor
recovery piping/ UDC sumps in all of the UDCs. The vacuum zone terminations for the
product piping are in the corresponding tank sumps, not in the UDCs. The vacuum zone
termination for all the vent piping and vent sump is located in the vent sump box. A
legend has been added to sheet G12.1 for the symbols being used. Also the product
piping termination (typ.) has been added to UDC sump #6 (the furthest dispenser from
the tanks) for connection of the vacuum verification manifold.
Regarding Drawing G5.0, vacuum tubing and terminations have been added to the
details on sheet G5.0 with references to sheet G12.1.
Phil-Tite spill containers are proposed and are called out on sheet G7.0 as part of items
F26, F27, and F28. The fill sump details on sheet G4.1 are schematic and are not
meant to exactly detail the specific manufacturer's equipment. The sump details on
sheets G4.1 reference the Phil-Tite spill container part #'s on sheet G7.0.
Comment #12:
Vacuum zone volumes were requested previously, please clarify where they were
included in this revised submittal. G6.2 lists 3 vacuum zones, however, 9 smart sensors
are shown on G12.1 , please clarify
Response to comment #12:
The Vacuum Zone volumes, and the identification of the 9 vacuum zones (from 3 smart
sensors) corresponding to those detailed on sheet G12.1 have been added to sheet
G6.2, please refer to revised Sheet G6.2 where these volume totals have been added.
Comment #13:
Provide the following certifications: INCON for Byron Molina, a current Xerxes
certification for all tank installers (the submitted certification has a typed in expiration
date), certifications for all proposed flex connectors (Unisource, Fireflex and Flexing),
Phil Tite, Franklin Fueling Defender Series, and Fe Petro for leak detectors
Response to comment #13:
The contractor, MDSM Corporation, indicated that they recently provided you these
certifications for another project in your jurisdiction. Please reference those
certifications as they will be the same for this project.
Comment #14:
Provide all computability documentation and UL/third party listing information (see
attached compatibility requirement guidance letter dated January 2019 for more
information)
Response to comment #14:
6110tPlease refer to the Listing Documents included with the response package
