13) On page G.7.1 a single point annular sensor is being proposed(instead of the dual high
and low sensor),please revise and resubmit. Also on the same G.7.1 only one FE Petro
leak detector is being listed, clarify which leak detectors will be installed on 87/91 tanks,
revise the parts list to reflect the correct system inventory
Response: Item Z29 on sheet G7.1 indicates a dual float hydrostatic sensor is proposed.
Item Z14 for the single point hydrostatic sensor has been removed. There are three (3) FE
Petro leak detectors listed (items Y01 and Y02/ sheet G7.1). Both were previously listed as
Y01, which has been corrected. Y01 is the sensor for the unleaded gasoline puinps (typ 2)
and Y02 is for the diesel pump.
14)Please point out the spill containers and their water-tight VPHshields on the parts list
and their reference number on drawings, please provide drawing reference where water
tight construction is detailed or provide a revised drawing illustrating the water tight
construction of all sumps.
Response: Multi-ports have been revised to a Phil-Tite multi-port package, which includes
the watertight sump shields, muti-port manway, spill buckets, swivel adapters and caps, riser
adapters, riser adjustment brackets, and overfill valves. See revised equipment schedule for
revisions to items F26, F27, and F28 (as well as items L19, L24, L26, L27, L29, L57, and
L68)
15)Confirm that the UDC foot print will match the dispensers foot print and all piping and
filters will drain directly into respective UDC without any retrofit modifications, please
provide a reference to that effect on your plans
Response: The Bravo B8000 Series UDC is ordered to fit the project specific Gilbarco
Encore dispensers. The note on sheet G5.0/detail 3 has been expanded, stating, "The UDC
foot print will match the dispensers foot print and all piping and filters will drain directly into
respective UDC without any retrofit modifications."
16)Please provide a detailed vacuum zone map illustrating ends of each vacuum zone, any
vacuum jumper hoses, sensor location for each vacuum zone, and vacuum zone volumes.
Response: A detailed vacuum zone map has been added as sheet G6.2 with the requested
information.
17)Identify piping cross-over distances on your plans
Response: Distances between pipes are clearly shown in detail 3/ sheet G1.0 (12"min.
between VR and product pipes). These distances translate directly to the crossovers as well.
18)Identify overfill and striker plates on tank cross-section drawings
Response: A note has been added to the cross sections on sheet G3.0: "See details 1 & 2,
sheets G4.0 and G4.1 for fill tubes, overfill valves, tank probes, and striker plates.
19)Identify the location of monitoring panel and emergency shut off on your drawings
