The Designated operator stated "13 and L4 needs to be checked, going in <br /> and out of alarm".The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases. <br /> Immediately addressed the L4 annular space sensor out in and out of alarm. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 307 CCR 2631(g), 2632(c) Monitoring system of the interstitial space of a double walled system not maintained. <br /> The 87 product, 91 product and diesel product split tank annular had been going in and out of alarm since October <br /> 2018, therefore, the tank is not monitored. The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system <br /> connected to an audible and visual alarm system. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br /> contractor to addressed the failed component with a functional component(LG 113-x listed, if applicable) under <br /> permit and inspection of the EHD within one business day. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class If. <br /> 309 CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in sump / UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br /> The Bravo box float and chain in the87 product in UDC 3/4 sump failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser <br /> when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of <br /> product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chain(s) and verified <br /> functionality. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 320 CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention. <br /> Owners or operators of underground storage tanks that do not meet California Code of regulations, title 23 division <br /> 3, chapter 16 section 2635(c)(2) shall test overfill prevention equipment once by October 13th, 2018 and every 36 <br /> months thereafter; and within 30 days of the date of a repair. The site did not performed the testing by October <br /> 13th, 2018. Ensure to conduct overfill prevention equipment inspection within the time frame provided by the <br /> regulation and submit test results within 30 days of performing the inspection. Imminently schedule the overfill <br /> prevention inspection for the 87 product, 91 product and Diesel product system. Ensure a 48 hour notification is <br /> provided to EHD prior to conducting the inspection. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
