(AGI) has prepared this report documenting the removal of one <br /> underground storage tank (UST) at the property located at 619 and 625 North <br /> Sacramento Street, Lodi, California. <br /> 1.0. LOCATION <br /> The site is located in a commercial/industrial area in the city of Lodi, California. The UST <br /> was located on the eastern edge of the property with the associated address of 625 North <br /> Sacramento Street. Once uncovered, the UST was determined to be a large drum that <br /> was buried next to the northern-most building. The site layout, showing the location of the <br /> UST/drum, is depicted in Figure 1. <br /> 2.0. UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL AND SAMPLE COLLECTION <br /> The UST removal was performed by Valued Engineering under the supervision of AGI. <br /> AGI obtained a UST removal permit from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) and a demolition permit from the City of Lodi, prior to removal <br /> (Appendix A). <br /> On 18 November 2019, grab water samples were collected from water that had <br /> accumulated in the UST. Samples were collected into three volatile organic analysis <br /> (VOAs) with preservative.
