SAN ,dDAQ U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> C01-1 N T <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> D&D LIFT LLC 3820 RHONDA WAY, TRACY November 01, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 403 CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed in the welding area: <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets with used oil observed with no lids. <br /> The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum with used diesel observed with no lid for bunghole. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon drum with used diesel observed with no lid. <br /> -One red 55 gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed with no lid. <br /> -One green 55 gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed with no lid. <br /> -One 1 gallon used oil pump observed with no lid. <br /> -One white 55 gallon drum with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label and no lid. <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used absorbent observed with non-secure lid. <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with non-secure lid. <br /> -One wooden pallet with waste solids removed from dumpster bin observed not containerized. <br /> The following were located outdoors in the south side of the facility: <br /> -One blue 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no lid. <br /> -One white 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
