SAN ,dDAQ U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> C01-1 N T <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> D&D LIFT LLC 3820 RHONDA WAY, TRACY November 01, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following were observed in the main shop: <br /> -One secondary containment for used diesel observed with approximately 4 inches of used oil and oily debris inside. <br /> -Used oil filters observed in secondary containment for used oil and used diesel. <br /> -One secondary containment for used oil observed with approximately 3-4 inches of used oil accumulating inside. <br /> -One secondary containment for waste antifreeze observed with approximately 4 inches of waste antifreeze inside. <br /> One secondary containment for 5 gallon buckets with used oil observed with used oil accumulating inside of it. <br /> Note: Operator could not provide when the secondary containment were last cleaned out. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment,spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the secondary containment mentioned above into proper working order by <br /> maintenance.
