Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Immediately locate a copy of these documents and maintain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -The monitoring plans for both tanks have UDC sensor manufacturer and model are left blank. -The monitoring plans for both tanks list the tank and piping panel model as a TLS 350. The monitoring panel on site is a TLS 350 Plus. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 201 CCR 2712(b) Failure to maintain monitoring, maintenance, and follow up action records. Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. -A copy of the 2018 monitoring system certification test results were not found on site. These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 204 CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation.
