The paperwork on site states the overfill prevention (ATGs) <br /> were tested during the 4/18/18 monitoring system certification. The tank forms on CERS state the overfill prevention <br /> method being used is both audible/visual alarms and ball floats. The 4/18/18 test results do not indicate testing or <br /> inspection of ball floats was conducted. Ball floats were not verified as part of today's inspection. This testing was <br /> required to be conducted by October 13, 2018. Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to <br /> the EHD. Ensure all future testing is conducted within required time frames. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 18, 2019 . <br /> NOTE: The 87, 91, and diesel tank annular spaces are being monitored by Ronan LS-3 sensors. The monitoring <br /> panel is a Veeder-Root TLS-350. Verify that these sensors are compatible and approved for use with the on site <br /> monitoring panel. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
