If food is thawing,thaw under refrigeration or under cold running water not to exceed two hours. <br /> The Whirlpool cooler is not cold enough (repeat violation).Adjust to 41 F or lower, immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
