ARCADIS Ms. Kathy Amaru
May 26, 2011
equipment rinsate blank will be collected to assess the accuracy and precision of
field sampling methods.
The degree of laboratory accuracy and precision will be established by evaluating
method blanks, laboratory control samples, matrix spike samples and surrogate
quality control sample results. All comments reported by the laboratory will be
reviewed during this evaluation and incorporated into the summary report as
necessary.
Reporting and Schedule
Monitoring well installation, development, and sampling are each anticipated to take
one field day to complete. The implementation schedule for all field events will be
dependent on the availability of a qualified PG&E observer. Following the sampling
event, a letter report will be prepared for submittal to CVRWQCB. The letter will
include a summary of field activities and results, a table and figure showing sample
results and the final well location, and recommendations for either further sampling or
site closure based on analytical results.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the content of this report, please
contact Aaron Costa by telephone at 650-469-7229 or by e-mail at
Aaron.Costa@arcadis-us.com.
Sincerely,
ARCADIS U.S., Inc.
athleen Abbott Aaron Costa
Senior Project Manager Project Manager
Copies:
Robert Gray, PG&E
File
Page:
McD Island Well Install Wakplan_FinaI.DOG 7/8
