If ARCADIS is the billing party, be sure your accounts payable department knows this. It gets old dealing with accounting folks not aware they have to pay us, all the time claiming they didn't know. SO if you/Arcadis is listed on the MFR as the 'third billing party', get a copy of that form to your accounts payable folks and advise we bill monthly. past due accounts, that's when the headaches begin for you... PERMIT: bad idea to plan a drill date when the permit application and fee is not even here, let alone even issued. I/the EHD cannot confirm, accept, agree to a drill date on an UNissued permit.
