Mr.Robert Gray Environmental
17 June 2014 Resources
Page 6 Management
• The USEPA Level QA review of the laboratory data packages is
included in Attachment 3. All appropriate data qualifiers from that
review are shown in the data tables. No data were determined to be
unusable.
CONCLUSIONS
The soil analytical data demonstrate that no impacts have occurred to
shallow soil at the site from VOCs,ethylene glycol,or CAM 17 metals.
There were some samples that had ESL exceedances for arsenic, but all of
the detections were within background concentrations observed in
Northern California soils. The two ESL exceedences of TPH-motor oil are
located near the southernmost injector unit at the southern compressor
station. These detections were from the shallow 0.5-foot samples at
borings SB-17 and SB-18. The deeper 4.5-to 5-foot samples at these
locations were both non-detect for TPH-motor oil, showing that TPH
impacts are confined to the shallow soil.
If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please feel free to
contact me at 925-946-0455 or john.moe@erm.com.
Sincerely,
John Moe,P.E.
Project Manager
JCM/sbf/abg/0242722
cc: Robert Gray,PG&E
Johnny Yoakum,SJCEHD
Enclosures:
Figure 1: Site Location Map
Figure 2: Boring Locations-North Compressor Station
Figure 3: Boring Locations-South Compressor Station
Table 1: Total Metals,TPH,Ethylene Glycol, and VOCs in Soil Samples
