As outlined in <br /> Rockridge Geotechnical's Final Geotechnical Investigation Report dated February, 28`h, 2014, all <br /> excavated soil has been stockpiled over the Southwestern two hundred fifty(250) feet of the <br /> townhome area in order to surcharge the underlying weak clay deposits. <br /> On April 5`h, 2018, ENGEO performed field sampling of insitu soils and were submitted under <br /> documented chain-of-custody to Torrent Laboratory, Inc., A State-certified laboratory in <br /> Milpitas, California for the following analyses: <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline (EPA Method 8260/5035) <br /> • Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) (EPA Method 8260/5035) <br /> • TPH as diesel and motor oil w/silica gel cleanup (EPA Method 8015M) <br /> • CAM 17 Metals <br /> • Organochlorine Pesticides (EPA 8081) <br /> • Polychlorinated Biphenyls (EPA 8082) <br /> • SVOCs (SIM) <br /> SummerHill Apartment Communities was notified by ENGEO that fifty-two (52) chromium <br /> samples exhibited concentrations in excess of 50 mg/kg, which is greater than ten(10) times the <br /> soluble threshold limit concentration(STLC),via ENGEO's April 25`h, 2018 Memorandum. Per <br /> ENGEO's recommendation, a Waste Extraction Test(WET) analysis to determine the disposal <br /> classification of the material was performed on all of the samples where the results were detected <br />
