Stich Construction, Inc., received two (2)rejection letters on May 10th, 2018 from the <br /> assumed receiver sites of excavation spoils (Golf Course in Alameda and Landfill Management <br /> in Hayward). <br /> Following the rejection letters RVSC received authorization on June 281h, 2018 that the <br /> excavated spoils (approx. 2,000 loads) will be accepted at 21219 Naglee Road, Tracy, California <br /> 95304. <br /> Upon completion of the soil excavation, confirmation sampling and backfill, ENGO will prepare <br /> a final report documenting work for submittal to the County of San Mateo Environmental Health <br /> Department.
