Eight Mile Road CITY: Stockton ZIP CODE: 95210 <br /> OWNER/OPERATOR: Bragg Investment Company Inc TELEPHONE#: (800) 327-8694 <br /> TYPE OF INSPECTION: ❑x COMPLAINT ❑ CONSULTATION ❑OTHER PROGRAM 2200 RECORD C00051762 <br /> ELEMENT: ID#: <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT/CONSULTATION: <br /> Facility is dumping water from wash rack to the storm drain that leads to the storm water holding <br /> pond. <br /> OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br /> On March 18, 2020, 1 met with Lorin Sabin, Heavy Transport Inc Branch Manager. Observed a <br /> Bragg MLC300 Crane in the wash rack that was being cleaned up prior to washing. According to <br /> Lorin, the grease and oily debris on all equipment is first cleaned up and put into the facility's <br /> hazardous waste 55-gallon drum and managed as Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste Solids, Oil and <br /> Debris. Wash rack water goes down through initial drain which has a 5-gallon slotted bucket to catch <br /> debris. Water then travels through three filtering concrete vaults. Observed the lot to be sloped with <br /> two valley gutters that lead to the retention pond. The western gutter had some sheen on the gutter's <br /> edge, but none observed on the water. There was no sheen on the eastern gutter. Observed no <br /> sheen on the retention pond's surface.
